Eco Club Policy
                        The Eco Club of Miri Piri Khalsa College, Bhadaur is a student-led initiative that aims to spread environmental awareness, promote sustainable practices, and develop a sense of responsibility towards nature among students and staff. Through its activities, the club inspires the college community to take meaningful action for a greener future.
					      Vision :-  To nurture environmentally conscious citizens who contribute positively to ecological balance and sustainable development.
                          
Mission :-  To engage students in environmental education and action through awareness drives, eco-friendly practices, and celebration of environment-related days, thereby fostering a sustainable campus and community.
                          
                          
                          
Objectives:  
                            
                            - 1. To promote awareness about environmental issues among students and staff. 
- 2. To encourage the adoption of eco-friendly habits and lifestyles 
- 3. To organize environment-related activities, seminars, and drives. 
- 4. To celebrate national and international environment days. 
- 5. To involve students in tree plantation, cleanliness campaigns, waste management, and biodiversity conservation.

- II. Poster-making, debates, rallies, street plays, and competitions on eco-themes. 
- III. Green Campus Drive 
- IV. Initiatives for tree plantation, organic gardening, and plastic-free zones. 
- V. Workshops & Seminars 
- VI. Talks by environmentalists, screening of documentaries, and training on waste segregation and recycling.
- VII. Cleanliness Drives 
- VIII. Regular campus and community cleanup activities in collaboration with NSS. 
- IX. Water & Energy Conservation. 
- X.Promoting responsible use of water and electricity on campus. 
Structure of the Club:

                           Student Executive Committee:   
                            
                            - Includes Coordinator, Teachers, and Volunteers from various departments.
- Members: Open to all students interested in environmental work. 
Duties & Responsibilities:   
                            
                            - Coordinator: To plan, supervise, and report all Eco Club activities.
- Student Committee: To actively participate in planning and execution of events.
- Members: To engage in club initiatives and promote eco-friendly habits in the campus.
Policy Guidelines   
                            
                            - 1. Participation in Eco Club activities will be encouraged for all students.
- 2. Eco Club projects may be linked with academic credits or volunteer service hours.
- 3. Funds, sponsorships, or donations will be used transparently for green initiatives.
- 4. Eco Club activities will be documented and reported annually on the college website and notice boards.
- 5. Collaboration with local NGOs, forest department, and other eco groups is encouraged.

                            The Eco Club of Miri Piri Khalsa College, Bhadaur is a dynamic platform for students to act as environmental stewards. Through collective efforts, the club seeks to foster a sustainable and green future while enhancing the environmental conscience of our college community.
