Rules and Regulations

Miri Piri Khalsa College, Bhadaur expects all students to maintain discipline, integrity, and respect for the values of the institution. The following rules and regulations are intended to ensure a safe, respectful, and positive academic environment for everyone.

General Rules

1. Students must carry their valid College Identity Card while on the College campus.
2. Students are expected to maintain regular attendance and punctuality in classes, practicals, examinations, and other academic activities.
3. Students must maintain proper discipline and behave respectfully with faculty members, staff, fellow students, and visitors.
4. Students must follow the instructions issued by the College authorities from time to time.
5. Students must maintain cleanliness and take proper care of College property and facilities.
6. Any damage to College property may result in appropriate disciplinary action.
7. Students should maintain appropriate dress and conduct in accordance with the norms of the College.
8. Use of mobile phones and electronic devices during lectures, examinations, or other restricted activities is not permitted.
9. Ragging, harassment, bullying, violence, or any form of misconduct is strictly prohibited.
10. Students must not engage in activities that adversely affect the academic environment or reputation of the College.

Academic Regulations

-Students must attend classes regularly and fulfil the prescribed attendance requirements.
-Assignments, practical work, projects, and other academic activities must be completed within the specified deadlines.
-Students must follow examination rules and instructions issued by the College and affiliating University.
-Any form of cheating, plagiarism, impersonation, or unfair means in academic or examination activities will be dealt with according to applicable rules.
-Students must maintain academic honesty and integrity in all their work.

Campus Discipline

Students are expected to contribute to a peaceful and positive campus environment. Any act of indiscipline, misconduct, misbehaviour, or violation of College rules may result in disciplinary action by the competent authority.

The College reserves the right to amend, modify, or introduce rules and regulations whenever necessary in accordance with the policies of the College, affiliating University, Government, and other competent authorities.
