Earn By Learn Policy

Miri Piri Khalsa College, Bhadaur promotes the concept of “Earn By Learn” to encourage students to develop practical skills, gain work experience, and become more self-reliant while continuing their education.

The initiative provides eligible students with opportunities to engage in suitable part-time work, campus support activities, skill-based assignments, internships, and other approved activities that complement their academic learning.

Students are encouraged to develop professional skills such as communication, teamwork, time management, leadership, responsibility, and problem-solving through practical experiences.

Participation in the programme is subject to the availability of opportunities, eligibility criteria, academic requirements, and the rules prescribed by the College. Academic responsibilities and attendance must not be adversely affected.

The College aims to provide students with meaningful opportunities to connect learning with practical experience and develop confidence, employability, and a sense of financial and professional responsibility.
