IT Policy

Miri Piri Khalsa College, Bhadaur is committed to providing a secure, reliable, and responsible digital environment for teaching, learning, administration, communication, and other institutional activities.

All students, faculty members, and staff are expected to use College computers, networks, internet facilities, software, email accounts, and other digital resources responsibly and only for authorized purposes.

Users must protect their passwords and personal information and should not attempt to access unauthorized accounts, systems, files, or networks. Installation of unauthorized software, misuse of digital resources, cyberbullying, hacking, spreading malware, or any activity that may compromise the security of College systems is strictly prohibited.

Users should respect intellectual property rights and must not copy, distribute, or use copyrighted material without appropriate permission. Important institutional and personal information should be handled with appropriate confidentiality and care.

The College may monitor and manage the use of its IT infrastructure to maintain security, availability, and compliance with applicable rules. Any misuse or violation of this policy may result in appropriate disciplinary or administrative action.
